This one is going to be short and sweet. All of the following tips and suggestions are actual things that I tested for myself and implemented into my own life and still use to create more discipline in my health, finances, work, creativity and many other areas of life. I’ve tried a ton of other things too and obviously if it didn’t make this list then it didn’t really stick for me. But you know how the saying goes, “to each their own.” So just try these out. They may or may not work for you. At least if it doesn’t work out, well, now you know! 🙂
Here are the Best Ways to Create More Discipline
1) Be around people who support you and your goals. If you can’t find those people, then find and listen to them on youtube. I have a few favorites. Tom Bilyeu is first one that pops into my head.
2) Set up a system for what happens when you don’t do what you say you were gonna do. More on this in another post coming soon! 🙂 Sign Up for the Newsletter if you haven’t already so you won’t miss it!
3) Find someone to hold you accountable and let them know upfront all the ways you’ll try to back out and set systems with them to keep you on track. Don’t let them down.
4) Don’t let yourself off the hook. If you planned to do something, don’t just cancel it. Reschedule it! Complete everything you start!
5) Revisit your WHY everyday to have you stay on track and it’s ok for your WHY to evolve and change. Just don’t ever give up on yourself!!
