For the Feeling Sexy AF 8-week Program

Q: What if my schedule doesn’t allow for me to workout all 5 days of the week?

A: That’s ok! All I ask is for you to show up at least 2-3 days out of the week. You’ll still be able to see changes in your body. In person, I typically only start out with seeing my new clients maximum 3 days a week and we get a ton of work done in those 3 hours of the week.This program is designed to teach you your 6 alignments from the ground up but the factor of success is CONSISTENCY. As long as you consistently show up for your workouts every week, you’ll see drastic changes. 

Q: What if I super picky on my foods or have certain textures I don’t like?

A: Easy! Just message me as soon as you get your meal plan! I’ll be happy to give you a substitution for what it is that you dislike. Remember, the point of this program is to try out and find the different types of healthy meal options that you love and toss out the rest. Notice we all only eat the same handful of foods on a regular basis and we seldom try out new things. Also, while being on this program the nutrition side will give you enough time to adjust your tasting palette so you won’t crave sugary and processed foods. Win-win for all. 

Q: How much time do I need to dedicate for my mindset sessions? I want to be sure that I’m not overwhelming myself by putting too much on my plate.

A: This one is up to you. Everyone’s lifestyle is different. In my experience, I’ve seen for myself and with my clients, the more time you put into your self-reflection and inner work, the greater the insight or impactful the breakthrough you’ll get to experience for yourself. I’d say at least one hour a week is enough– whether that’s one hour for one day of the week or breaking it up to 15 minute increments and spreading that hour throughout the week. It all works. Just depends on your lifestyle and what you got going on in it. I suggest trying different time frames out each week. 

Q: How does the workout portion work?

A: Each week, you’ll go into the Trainerize app and see a calendar full of workouts given to you two-weeks at a time. Remember, each week we’ll be progressing in learning/experiencing the efficient ways to move better and thus be stronger and reprogramming efficient moving patterns. I suggest you to look over your workout and the super short demo videos the night before so you can mentally prepare yourself and give yourself enough time to pick a space and have a kickass workout. Also, doing this will take away the anxiety of making enough space and having the right equipment for certain exercises. 

Q: Will I be able to get any coaching throughout the 8 weeks?

A: Uh… definitely YES! I always reach out to see if you need additional support from me and request that the more communication there is between us, the better your experience will be with this program. Coaching to me gives you an opportunity to see blindspots, ways in which your brain goes to some sort of story that no longer serves you and the life that you want, to sharing tools or doing exercises that you can only do with a coach. Just like impactful conversations, you’re able to see something about yourself when you have that sounding board to reflect your thoughts right back at you. Hope that makes sense.
