Catie wanted to work with me to learn how to lift weights and get started with her fitness journey. She, like a lot of people, grew up getting away with eating anything while still looking pretty thin. It was not until our consultation that she realized how important exercise and nutrition was. So we got to work. Read on to see what she got out of making that first step.

What were your reservations before you started with me? 

Being totally nervous to workout in a gym setting, having little to no knowledge on how to use gym equipment properly, being self conscious of my current body state at the time.

Where were you before you coached with me? What were your struggles? Paint the picture for us. 

Before I started training with Jaclyn, I was going through some of the worst anxiety of my life, I was at an all time low with how I felt about myself on the outside AND on the inside. I truthfully hated who I saw in the mirror and finally had a moment (after meeting her during our initial consultation) that it was way past time I made a change in my life for the better.

What was the breakthrough you had during our coaching? 

The biggest breakthrough was when I started to feel myself become stronger physically in the gym. It was crazy to see how quickly my physical and more importantly mental state improved based on not only my training sessions but the mindset sessions with her. The moment I starting feeling more comfortable in my own skin was the moment I knew what Jaclyn was working through with me was working far passed my expectations!

What are the actual specific results that you got?

Before I was sad, insecure and filled with anxiety about myself as a woman for so many reasons. But NOW that I’ve developed this incredible friendship with Jaclyn in & outside the gym I can finally say the words “I am proud of myself” for once. My physical physique is the best it has been in years, including my diet and what foods I put in my body. I so much more aware of what’s right and what’s harmful to myself. Trust me if you knew me prior to all of this you wouldn’t even believe me!

You could see the difference in her midsection for sure. Look at that space from her shoulder to her jaw too. That shows improvement in posture as well!

Who would you recommend this for? *

I recommend this to all my fellow women who are currently or have ever been in same state of mind I once was, going from having no self confidence in many aspects of life to now absolutely living my fullest life.

General Review 

How can I even put a “review” into short words. Truthfully I cant. She has taught me to live life INTENTIONALLY. What that means is to not to worry about things I cannot change, and to love myself and be proud of myself each day, even with the little improvements. And of course, after only 3 months of training with her I can successfully say I can be in a gym setting feeling knowledgeable and confident in myself and can leave the gym feeling accomplished! I really cannot day enough great things about this entire experience with her.
