What were your reservations before you started with Jaclyn?
Before I started training I was afraid of staying consistent with my diet and making the time to work out. I also was afraid of not seeing results fast enough to where I could feel confident.
Where were you before you coached with Jaclyn? What were your struggles?
I was finishing my junior year of school and working during the week .I didn’t make that much time for fitness because I would always make the excuse that I didn’t have time to go to the gym ,or that I would go another day. Around April 2019 I realized I wanted to feel healthier. I was tired of the excuses I was making for myself and just sitting around. So I got my hair done one day and heard about (guess who!)… Jaclyn! And I got in contact and took that step towards a healthier lifestyle.
What was the breakthrough you had during our coaching?
Confidence and the ability to push myself. Instead of giving up when a set got difficult I learned to push through and finish it. I also felt physically and mentally healthier , my skin was glowing from the meal plans .
What are the actual specific results that you got?
Before I could barley lift 10 pounds and now I can confidently lift 25. I learned how to cook new meals , pick out healthier options, and Water intake. I also looking way leaner after one month of training and clean eating than I had in two years. One of my favorite results I gained was a mentor! Jaclyn helped me with so many breakthroughs in my training and for that I am so grateful. Ooh and I also learned how to use gym equipment so that I can confidently and safely weight lift.

Jaclyn is the best and is fantastic at her job. She not only looks at the physical aspect of training but the mental and confidence building. I can to Jaclyn to get more toned in the gym, and I left with so so much more!
