What was your biggest take away in these past 8 weeks? 

I would say my biggest take from this program is definitely the mindset homework. I’ve always wanted to shift some views I have had for many years, and the homework’s helped me initiate the change and look at this in a different aspect. Although I’m no where I would like to be, but I know I’m a step closer than when I started this program.

I want to say nutrition was pretty big for me too, I really enjoyed most of the meals assigned to my lifestyle and it became much better after we cut down my food intake.

What did you learn about yourself? 

I learned that I’m much stronger than I think I am.

There’s been time I really wanted to give up especially when school started. I put so much on my plate this year from going to school Monday-Saturday, and working Monday-Friday, then I added all of this. Whew. It was rough, but I learned to manage my time a bit better after writing everything in my planner play by play.

What’s the biggest breakthrough that you’re gonna keep generating for yourself and your life moving forward? 

Putting myself first more often when the time is right. I tend to worry and care too much for those around me and I don’t always get the same in return.
