I wasn’t sure this program would fit my needs for wanting a meal plan that would help me reach my goals but also be sustainable and enjoyable.
Where were you before you coached with me? What were your struggles? Paint the picture for us.
All over the place. Intense challenges, personal training, gym classes. But I wasn’t able to find a program that was sustainable.
What was the breakthrough you had during our coaching?
I didn’t think that I lacked in needing a mental/emotional connection to my health journey. Understanding that loving yourself as who you are and embracing everything that I am was the biggest breakthrough.

What are the actual specific results that you got?
I lost inches in my waist, became stronger, had more of a positive relationship with food. Being mentally strong and secure.

General Review
This program is not like the many other weight loss or even strengthening programs that I’ve experienced. The mental and emotional aspect of wellbeing is so easily forgotten and looked over. This program focused on your mindset towards yourself and your actions, and how that relates to your physical body. I am so so thankful for this program and Jaclyn!
