They were more about me, if I could keep up and do the workouts.

Struggling to get to the gym. I used to love it & be so excited to go, then one day I just lost the motivation.
What was the breakthrough you had during our coaching?
I don’t have to kill myself to get in an amazing workout.
What are the actual specific results that you got?
I am more conscious about what foods i’m eating and I get so excited to go to the gym. I see my body changing and getting healthier. Mentally I’ve become more aware of my feelings. I’ve picked up journaling during this process and it just makes dealing with life so much easier.
Who would you recommend this for?
For anyone who needs accountability to become more healthy physically and mentally with a coach who will push you while also making it so much fun.
General Review
My experience so far has been nothing but amazing. I went from dreading going to the gym to being so excited for gym days. That was one of my goals when signing up with Jaclyn, I wanted to enjoy the gym again & be excited to get in there regularly. I feel pushed every session and we’re always doing something exciting and new. I really enjoyed the mindset work that you go through when you first start. I’ve become more aware of my actions and feelings, and I’ve also picked up journaling. Since seeing Jaclyn I feel more empowered and have become more healthy mentally and physically.
