Andie not only lost 5 inches off her waist, 4.5 inches off her hips, lost 10 lbs and gained lean muscle, but she also began the process to conquering her anxiety and stress during the Feeling Sexy AF program. Gaining all the confidence that she didn’t even knew existed.

What was your biggest take away in these past 8 weeks? 

I was at first nervous to be spending a bit of money on something that I wasn’t quite sure would work. I’m so glad I took that chance because what I got out of it was priceless. I learned how to nourish my body, how to block out the negativity of my mind, and how to love myself.

What obstacles showed up? How did you overcome them?

Just being scared and nervous but overcoming them by knowing I could do this.

What did you learn about yourself? 

That I’m a very poetic person.

What was that “fear/doubt” that you conquered in this program? 

Anxiety and stress

What was the affirmation that replaced it? 

That if the universe put this on my path then they knew I could overcome it

What’s the biggest breakthrough that you’re gonna keep generating for yourself and your life moving forward? 

When I say “keep generating” i’m pointing to the notion of transformation and acting on it again and again and again.To keep being positive and having confidence in my self.

Jaclyn is amazing!! She was so easy to click with and she’s honestly one of the most motivational people I know. I’m currently on her “Sexy AF” program and I’ve lost quiet a new inches off my waist and hips and it’s only about to be week 4! The program itself comes with a nutrition plan ( for 8 weeks ) and a training guide. Highly recommend her services!
